Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bread (ciabatta or sourdough recommended)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop pan to medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of chicken while grilling.
  5. Toast bread lightly on the grill or in a pan.
