A delicious and easy-to-make grilled sandwich with BBQ chicken and melted mozzarella cheese.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices bread (ciabatta or sourdough recommended)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill or stovetop pan to medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of chicken while grilling.
- Toast bread lightly on the grill or in a pan.
- Place cooked chicken on one slice of bread, top with mozzarella, and cover with another slice.
- Grill sandwich for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh mozzarella for better melting.
- Add sliced onions or pickles for extra flavor.
