- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- While chicken cooks, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté asparagus for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Serve grilled chicken with buttered asparagus.

- Make sure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
