  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bag frozen fries (about 32 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Coat chicken with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the fries in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side. Sprinkle Parmesan on top before flipping. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving with fries. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley if desired.
