Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk strands.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over each ear of corn.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates and close the lid.
- Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.
- Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- For a smoky flavor, soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
