Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
