Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
