- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
