- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and dill to make tzatziki.
- In a large bowl, combine salad greens, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta.
- Top salad with sliced grilled chicken and drizzle with tzatziki.

- Let chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
- Adjust garlic in tzatziki to taste.
