Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice into strips.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese and nutmeg. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce. Top with grilled chicken and garnish with parsley.
