Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Mix in ketchup and mustard. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Spread cooked rice evenly on each tortilla.
  5. Top rice with beef mixture and shredded cheese.
  6. Fold tortillas into burritos.
  7. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  8. Grill burritos for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot.
