Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in ketchup and mustard. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Spread cooked rice evenly on each tortilla.
- Top rice with beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Fold tortillas into burritos.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill burritos for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add pickles or lettuce for extra crunch.
