  • 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into a greased and lined 9×13 inch baking pan.
  7. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, ensuring it’s tightly sealed.
  8. Place the pan on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove the pan from the grill and let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.
