- 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased and lined 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil, ensuring it’s tightly sealed.
- Place the pan on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the pan from the grill and let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding nuts or extra chocolate chips.
- Make sure to check the brownies periodically to avoid overcooking.
