  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, chives, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
