  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the bell peppers and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture onto the cut sides of the bell peppers.
  5. Place the peppers cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until they are slightly charred and tender.
  6. Flip the peppers and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
