- 4 large bell peppers (any color)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Wash the bell peppers and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and stems.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto the cut sides of the bell peppers.
- Place the peppers cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until they are slightly charred and tender.
- Flip the peppers and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
