Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread beef cubes onto skewers and place asparagus on separate skewers.
  3. Brush beef and asparagus with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill beef skewers for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Grill asparagus for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then remove from heat.
  7. Drizzle garlic butter sauce over grilled beef and asparagus before serving.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
