Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread beef cubes onto skewers and place asparagus on separate skewers.
- Brush beef and asparagus with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill beef skewers for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Grill asparagus for 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then remove from heat.
- Drizzle garlic butter sauce over grilled beef and asparagus before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust grilling time based on your preferred beef doneness.
- Use a grill basket for asparagus if skewers are not available.
