Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens (spinach, kale, romaine)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all greens and herbs.
  2. Chop the cucumber and slice the avocado.
  3. In a large bowl, combine greens, avocado, cucumber, parsley, basil, and chives.
