A classic holiday dish made with green beans, creamy mushroom soup, and crispy fried onions.
Ingredients

- 1 (14.5 oz) can of green beans, drained
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of crispy fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 1.5-quart baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir in half of the crispy fried onions.
- Top with the remaining fried onions and cheese if using.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
