Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, and red onion.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown meatballs for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. For tzatziki, mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and garlic in a bowl.
  7. Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce.
