- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken tenders to the marinade and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken tenders for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of feta cheese before serving.
- Works well with a side of tzatziki sauce or Greek salad.
- Can also be cooked on a stovetop grill pan.
