  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups Cooked rice or quinoa
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground lamb to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
