- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
- Warm the pita breads in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
- Fill pitas with chicken, cucumber, tomato, and red onion. Drizzle with sauce.
- Fold the pitas and serve immediately.
