A delicious Greek-inspired wrap featuring marinated chicken souvlaki with fresh vegetables and a tangy lemon-garlic sauce.

- 500g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and half the lemon juice. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, remaining lemon juice, dill, and grated cucumber to make the sauce.
- Warm the pita breads slightly.
- Assemble wraps with chicken, tomato, red onion, and a generous drizzle of lemon-garlic sauce.
- Fold and serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, add feta cheese or olives.
- Marinating longer enhances taste.
- Replace pita with lettuce wraps for a low-carb option.
