Description

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Add chicken cubes and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Warm pita breads on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
  5. Spread tzatziki sauce on each pita.
  6. Add grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
  7. Fold the pita tightly to form a wrap.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • You can use store-bought tzatziki or make your own.
