Description
A delicious Greek chicken souvlaki wrap filled with marinated grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce wrapped in a warm pita.

- 500g boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken cubes and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Warm pita breads on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
- Spread tzatziki sauce on each pita.
- Add grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
- Fold the pita tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- You can use store-bought tzatziki or make your own.
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of feta cheese.
