- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Top salad with sliced chicken and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with grilled halloumi or chickpeas.
- Make tzatziki sauce ahead for better flavor.
