- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dill, chopped
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and dill to make tzatziki sauce.
- Cook rice in chicken broth with butter until fluffy.
- Warm pita breads.
- Assemble gyros with chicken, tzatziki sauce, and rice pilaf.
