  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 pita breads, warmed
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 500g potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, and dill to make tzatziki sauce.
  6. Warm pita breads, then assemble with chicken, tzatziki, and roasted potatoes.
