- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 pita breads, warmed
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 500g potatoes, cubed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes.
- Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, and dill to make tzatziki sauce.
- Warm pita breads, then assemble with chicken, tzatziki, and roasted potatoes.

- Marinate chicken longer for deeper flavor.
- Drain excess water from grated cucumber to prevent watery tzatziki.
- Serve with fresh veggies like tomatoes and onions.
