Description

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Warm the pita bread in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. Spread tzatziki on each pita, add cooked chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
  5. Fold the pita and serve immediately.
