Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless grapes (red and green), halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the halved grapes to the mixture and gently fold until the grapes are well coated.
  3. Transfer the grape mixture to a serving bowl or dish.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top. If desired, sprinkle with brown sugar for added sweetness.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of grapes you like.
  • For a lighter version, reduce the amount of sugar in the dressing.
