A refreshing and easy grape salad, perfect for any occasion. This salad combines sweet grapes with a creamy dressing and crunchy toppings.

- 4 cups seedless grapes (red and green), halved
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the halved grapes to the mixture and gently fold until the grapes are well coated.
- Transfer the grape mixture to a serving bowl or dish.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top. If desired, sprinkle with brown sugar for added sweetness.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- You can use any combination of grapes you like.
- For a lighter version, reduce the amount of sugar in the dressing.
- This salad is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
