  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the elbow macaroni to the pot and stir well. Cover and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  6. If desired, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
