Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better texture.
- Adjust salt if Gorgonzola is very salty.
- Cook steak to medium-rare for best tenderness.
