Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and serve immediately.

Notes
