Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Alternately add the dry ingredients and brewed coffee to the wet mixture.
