Delicious gooey cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Warm the milk and dissolve yeast in it.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll it up and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased pan and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and vanilla for glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before adding glaze.
