Description

Delicious gooey cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and dissolve yeast in it.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll it up and cut into slices.
  8. Place slices in a greased pan and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and vanilla for glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
