Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla for the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- For extra gooeyness, add more butter to the filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the oven for best results.
