Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until combined.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 pieces.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla for the glaze.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.

Notes

  • For extra gooeyness, add more butter to the filling.
