- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
- In the same pan, fry the potato slices until crispy and golden.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Serve the schnitzel with the fried potatoes.
