Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Pour batter over crust, drizzle caramel sauce.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, then cool.
- Heat heavy cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth.
- Drizzle ganache over cheesecake and sprinkle sea salt.
- Chill for 4 hours before serving.
