Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  5. Pour batter over crust, drizzle caramel sauce.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, then cool.
  7. Heat heavy cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth.
  8. Drizzle ganache over cheesecake and sprinkle sea salt.
  9. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
