Description

A delicious golden brown cod fillet served with a rich herb butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook cod fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove cod from pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  6. Add parsley, dill, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  7. Pour herb butter sauce over the cod fillets.
  8. Serve immediately.
