Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these air fryer gnocchi are a quick and easy side dish or main course.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) gnocchi, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, if desired.

Notes

  • If using frozen gnocchi, there is no need to thaw before air frying.
