- 1 pound (450g) gnocchi, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
- If using frozen gnocchi, there is no need to thaw before air frying.
- Feel free to customize the seasonings based on your preference.
