- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the corn chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- Layer cheese, black beans, tomatoes, jalapeños, and green onions over the chips.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
