Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Add honey and almond butter to the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  6. Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Can substitute almond butter with peanut butter.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
