Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers or a fork.
