Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the diced vegetables, cheese, gluten free bread, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
