- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the diced potatoes, cheese, bell pepper, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
