Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkles or extra crushed cookies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed gingerbread cookies, cream cheese, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  2. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place back on baking sheet.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles or extra crushed cookies.
  7. Chill until set.
