- 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Sprinkles or extra crushed cookies for decoration
Instructions
- Mix crushed gingerbread cookies, cream cheese, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate with coconut oil.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place back on baking sheet.
- Decorate with sprinkles or extra crushed cookies.
- Chill until set.
