Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, butter, molasses, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter for filling on the dough.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
