Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear cod fillets for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour glaze over cod and transfer skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
