Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, butter, eggs, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese for glaze. Drizzle over rolls.
