Description
Delicious giant cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, butter, eggs, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese for glaze. Drizzle over rolls.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Try adding nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
