- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender, about 10 minutes.
- Remove potatoes and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and steak bites. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return potatoes to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure steak reaches 145°F for medium doneness.
- For crispier potatoes, cook them longer before adding steak.
