Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss with shrimp and garlic oil.
- Stir in parsley, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Add a splash of pasta water if the dish seems dry.
