Garlic parmesan steak bites made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine steak cubes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Toss until the steak is well coated.
- Add parmesan cheese and mix again.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired doneness and remove from air fryer.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust cooking time for preferred doneness.
- Serve with a side of your choice.
