- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss shrimp in the mixture until coated.
- Spread shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 8-10 minutes until shrimp turns pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
