Description
A delicious and easy-to-make halibut dish with a crispy garlic parmesan crust.
Ingredients

- 2 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Brush halibut fillets with olive oil and melted butter.
- Press the parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and fish flakes easily.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh halibut for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Pair with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
