Ingredients

  • 2 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Place halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the fillets.
