- 2 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Place halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the fillets.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture evenly onto the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and fish flakes easily.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh halibut for best results.
- Adjust baking time if fillets are thicker or thinner.
